Project Overview:

Develop a new experience center for a Fortune 500 company using personalized experiences on a touchscreen table, wall, and kiosks.

Challanges:

Create a unique encounter among competitors’ experience centers. Become a trusted partner to C-suite and keep them informed along our development path. Define and execute Innovation and Change Management strategy.

Outcome:

Conducted a workshop to discuss the company’s needs with C-suite to draw out insights and present our end state vision. Conducted analysis and developed Innovation and Change Management strategy to support business needs at the experience center. Researched and recommended best technology (Adobe Experience Manager, RFID tags, and touch screen hardware). Became a thought leader and trusted adviser to C-suite. Project managed team of 10-12 offshore developers (UI/UX, backend, and testers), as well as 2-3 US-based associates.
